Peptopro and PeptoSport was at the opening of the High Performance Assessment Centre in Pietermaritzburg!

After she had a cycling accident in March where she fractured her pelvis and wasn't allowed to train for almost 3 months she also took off another month for recovery.

She is now back into training and only focusing on small triathlons and road running races for the moment. She has completed the 10km race in the CT Marathon!

Looking forward to hearing more from her as she gets stronger!

Riana finished 3rd in the City 2 City 50km!

The race is run from Pretoria to Johannesburg, that is almost uphill all
the way.

It was an extremely tough field with 4 woman from Zimbabwe and 2 from
Kenya in the top 10.

She was the first SA athlete to finish the race.

STOTT & SOLOMON warm-up for the World Marathon Championships in Singapore in October 2011!

After leading the first day, they were diverted to a slower channel just before the finish that cost them valuable time. This was a controversial tactical move from another boat.

For Stott and Solomon the results of the Breede River Marathon was slightly unexpected and a little disappointing ....

Results were as follows:
1st King/Schloms,
2nd Bohm/Glass,
3rd Stott/Solomon,
4th Rabie/Birkette.

Riana finished 7th in the PetroSA Marathon in a time of 2:56. She used this as a pace run for City 2 City taking palce on the 18th of Sep 2011.
